Group Sound Bath Sessions

Relax in soothing sound and vibration.

In my Group Sound Baths, I create a deeply relaxing experience where you are immersed in soothing sounds and vibrations created by therapeutic instruments.

I use sound, vibrations and frequencies from instruments such as singing bowls, drums and chimes as a holistic practice to encourage relaxation and harmony between mind and body.

I use sound to help quieten a busy mind, ease stress and tension, and encourage a deep sense of relaxation. My Group Sound Baths offer an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself and restore a sense of inner calm, balance and wellbeing.

What to expect at a Group Sound Bath

I invite you to lie back, relax and allow the sounds to wash over you. Bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket so you can be as comfortable as you need to be, whether you are lying down or sitting for the hour.

A gentle beginning and ending

I begin each Sound Bath with a five-minute opening meditation, helping you relax and prepare for when the sounds begin.

I end each Group Sound Bath with a three-to-five-minute closing meditation, giving you time to return to the room mentally and physically, with no rushing.

Complementary wellbeing support

I offer Group Sound Bath Sessions as complementary wellbeing experiences. I do not offer medical treatment, diagnosis or emergency support, and I do not replace appropriate medical, psychological or emergency care.
