Anxiety is something everyone at some point in their lives experiences, and feeling anxious is a perfectly natural reaction to some situations.
But sometimes feelings of anxiety can be constant, overwhelming or out of proportion to the situation and this can affect your daily life. This is not a nice way to live or not a nice thing to face.
When you see something beautiful in someone, tell them. It may take a second to say, but for them it could last a lifetime. Being kind is important, you never know what someone could be carrying. Life is a lot brighter when we are nice and show compassion to one another.
